It has been another fantastic year for Havant Conservatives in the local elections. We contested 12 seats on Havant Borough Council and won 10!
This included gaining two seats from UKIP, one in Stakes and one in Hayling East. The real highlight of the night was seeing Rosy Raines, our candidate in Hayling East thump the local UKIP leader by 1292 votes.
We were unsuccessful in Battins and we only lost Warren Park by six votes.
All of our candidates have worked exceptionally hard and they will all make excellent local Conservative Councillors.
