Havant Conservatives win every seat available across the board.
Majorities are bigger than ever. UKIP in East Hayling fade away. Alan Mak at his first election received a majority, almost 2000 votes more than David Willetts did at his best.
We are all too tired to write a full report at this moment through lack of sleep. The results were declared at the Havant Leisure Centre around 3.30am. We then watched TV till dawn in shock, awe and wonder. The resignation of three party leaders in the morning said it all. The great British public saw through the rhetoric and voted in a common sense way. They trust the Conservatives to get the economy straight. Promises of more spending without cuts just did not make sense. The collosal social security bill cannot keep rising out of control. Only Tories have the will and the supporters to get it right.
We were also very proud to have helped Party Target Seat, Portsmouth South, elect Flick Drummond, the first Tory MP there for many a year. She received a very respectable 5,421 majority. Penny Mordaunt in Portsmouth North increased her small majority into a 10,537 safe seat!
Thank you for your support.
